PROJECT MANAGER
Primary Responsibilities
An active participant in the creation and development of Sapphire's business and long-term relationships with its existing and future client. The Project Manager will be responsible for timely delivery of all projects within specified budgets by performing the following duties:
1. Build relations with existing accounts to understand their needs and assist the team in
translating strategic thrusts into tactical delivery.
2. Communicate any client needs, voiced or unvoiced, that might bring additional business
to Sapphire.
3. Work closely with Project Sponsors and Program Managers to acquire resources
Develop timelines and budgets for new proposals.
4. Lead project teams and keep up-to-date on status of projects by scheduling design,
project, and team meetings.
5. Build teams of internal/external resources; establish professional contacts/networks.
6. Establish, monitor, and maintain client/project budgets and schedules.
7. Communicate resource conflicts and/or project delays to General Manager.
8. Assist and monitor design, development, and production of projects to ensure client
specifications and deadlines are being met.
9. Prepare client project/status reports for management, as needed.
10. Act as liaison between client/team members; provide sales support when needed
